A simple order placed, wrap of the day and a chicken mayo.. with cheese and pickles. At the payment window I was confronted with two members of staff laughing and giggling, at the collection window I was greeted with the same. When I checked my order it looked like the burger was constructed after heavy violation.
I went in to get a refund, and was greeted with the same GAF attitude received from the drive through window.

Went to Pitsea Drive Through for the first time in about 5 years. After parking and waiting, got my food home and realised why I don't eat McDonald's. The food was cold and awful. All I could taste was salt not good as I have high blood pressure. Basically threw it in the bin. NEVER AGAIN.NO STARS.

Worst McDonalds I have had. Order was all wrong and cold. my Sprite was like water No syrup in it. Forgot nuggets wrong size fries . At the drive-thru one of the managers at the window swearing at staff unreal. Give me my McFlurry at the window and tell me to go park up so time food came McFlurry was melted joke then to be told there busy there be a wait for a new one by the food would be cold was unreal.

Placed a mobile order for the new mcspicy burger tonight; went through the drive thru and was told to park up and wait for my order. After waiting almost 10mins. They still got my order wrong. Got home and realised i’ve been given a mcchicken sandwich instead of the spicy burger. Last time they left out the burger from my happy meal and before that was an apple pie that had been missed off. It can’t be that difficult to double check the order before giving it to the customer. I won’t be ordering from here any more

A poor showing from mcdonalds today . Firstly I got stuck in the car queue for 10 mins without moving . Then when I got to order I was told they had no buns for the mega macs and that was the reason I went there in the first place . I ordered something else and then when I had paid I was given my drink and told to wait . I asked if I could have a curry sauce and the assistant said he'd put it in the bag with my order . Anyway 5 mins later my meal arrived minus the curry sauce . A 1 star experience and a waste of time and money .

Be nice if they actaully answered the phone when they’ve messed up an order. Have to drive back and queue for 20 minutes to be asked for proof its wrong, even though i showed the 1 wrong item I received didnt mirror how much they charged me 🙈

Every time i order from here or even go through the drive thru my order is always wrong. 9 times out 10 when i order from uber eats the pitsea get my order wrong. Its not uber fault, they always help once I've complained about an order. When i go through the drive thru the customer service is so bad they rather talk to each other and do not really interact with the customers. I understand working in place like this is stressful as i work in retail but you should always acknowledge the customer. Even a simple hello and thank you. Would give it no stars.
