The food was good, the service was okay, and the restaurant was clean for the lunch crowd. I wish the portions were a little bigger though, as I feel hungry shortly after leaving.

I used to love this place, but lately, every time I order a sandwich, it’s made incorrectly. This is supposed to be a sausage egg brioche with bacon added; why is there only bacon on my sandwich when I order extra bacon
Why do I only get three pieces of bacon my sandwich
Follow directions, please! I’m not getting what I paid for

Ordered online and got an email with the estimating time it would be ready. Once I got there, got another email saying it was delayed. Only took about 5 minutes but no biggie. When I got in, no workers were visible. No one behind the counter. No one in the dining area. My food was not on the shelf where online orders should be. No workers visible so couldn't ask anyone about it. Checked the shelf where the kitchen place food for the workers to pick up and it was there. Grabbed it and left with out seeing anyone that works there. As for the sandwich. It was the spicy chicken sandwich. No seasoning, wasn't spicy, wasn't even warm. Didn't like it at all. I don't see a purpose of going here again.

I asked for extra dressing for my salad. I received 4 small containers filled 1/4 up. This could've been put into one container!

Love this location! A kid friendly place to eat. Food was great and the staff was even better.They were super kind to our kids and the manager Kay Kay went out of her way to ensure that me and my family were comfortable eating their and was extra welcoming to us with small children. We value your patience and respect for those of us with children. Thank you co much. We will be back!

Good food and friendly staff. Only reason for the 4 stars is cleanliness and wait time (guessing they're understaffed). I meet people here often and it's not unusual to see a little trash on the floor, or a spill no one seems to be tending to. Also, and this is just my opinion, if you have a section for mobile pick up orders, it would cause less confusion if you used it instead making people wonder if their order is ready.
