Sonic Drive-in

So I have tried so many times to give this location a chance,I purchased a blt onion rings large sweet tea and a Jr cheese burger meal. The sandwich had literally 5 pieces of look as if the lasof the lettuce it was diced lik onions a old end piece of tomato and two burnt balls of bacon. And to top it the off the onion rings where hard and burnt, Lord the large tea was un sweet. So yes I was in a hurry and looked at my food later after driving off. And I did speak to someone about my tea I threw my food in the trash, so I was told to come back a get a replacement sweet tea and I asked for the tea twice and I have literally sat here for 45 mins nlready. I have the funds to purchase tea, but why would I. Last time , come McDonald's. And open up.

I had to repeat my order 3x and all I ordered was a bacon biscuit and drink. Car next to me pulls up and the lady waves at man inside and he comes out and they chit chat, and laughing and I hear him say he's going to get her food and drinks right now. So I watch him go inside get her food and about 5 drinks and I'm still waiting after she's already left. When I finally get my bacon biscuit it was cold and bacon burnt. I just threw it out the window for the birds. Want go back to that location even though it's the closest to work.

The carhop I can say was nice and did have good service, but the food I got was cold. The blast I got didn't even have everything I asked for and was mixed just enough on top to look good but 75% of it was straight ice cream. I Called back to get it all remade and the burger was once again still cold but the blast was perfect. I've worked at a sonic for years before in my past and I can say obviously the reason why my burger was cold was because the pattys had been sitting in the warmer too long to call fresh. The car hops are great but the kitchen needs a little more training or something.

The people working here are eternally friendly. Sonic headquarters have made significant improvements in their technology and their app. Got a blast today that was surprisingly well mixed and had plenty of toppings. Honestly, it's been a long while since this sonic gave me anything to complain about!
