Sandwich was absolutely banging and the staff were delightful this morning. Very friendly staff, great food and would recommend

Came here earlier on today and the food was sublime, was also served by a really nice man forgot his name but believe he was the manager. Would come back just for the customer service alone!

Foot long sandwich isn't value for what they charge, otherwise nice store and friendly staff parking straight outside.

Just had an Uber ears delivery. Delivery was great quick and patient when it took me a min to get to the door!
The food was packed so well everything was perfect.
4 cookies I ordered where not in stock so they sent alternatives and a hand written note to explain and appologise. Thankyou lovely job well done to whoever is responsible for my sub meal.

The service and quality of food is normally excellent, but yesterday we were served by Lauren , who looked as miserable as sin her attitude and miserable demeanor, made me feel unwelcome and when she was cleaning tables, she banged chairs and pouffes into place.
Her actions and attitude spoilt our visit. All the other staff were friendly, polite and even smiled
Why does she do that job if she hates it, and don't want to serve customers and enhance their lives and eating experiences?
We normally eat there, because we have a pleasant eating experience, unlike the store in Barnsley interchange, where we had to wait and, didn't feel valued, at all?, So we never use it anymore
But after yesterday's experience, we will probably drive to use the store at Stairfoot, because we have never had a bad eating or unfriendly customer experience there
. The only reason , it's not our regular eating place is the distance
