Not usable for people with wheelchairs and the booths only fit slender customers. There is 1 table in the back that you might be able to getyour walkerseat chair or wheelchair in to be able to order. Not handicap friendly.

Were from nashville passing thru. Food was fresh but customer service made me feel out of place. No one acknowledged us entering establishment, and even after sitting down for a min or leaving the business.

If I could do less than 1 star I would. My food is almost always wrong, cold, or the staff could care less about my order with their bad attitudes! I am also a Dasher and have had several issues with them on that side. I have a doordash support number I have people ask for so they can get their refunds from Huddle House more than I can count and that is sad...

Service was slow. Fried pickles weren't completely cooked all the way through. To go burger sloppily put together. I asked for lettuce tomato onion... But only got the onions. Will not be back.

Answered phone, they told a waitress I was wanting to place an order. Sat waiting on phone 15 mins. No one took my order. Hung up and tried calling back 13 times within 30 mins after hanging up and the phone was STILL off the hook from where I previously called. So that’s 45+ mins they have ignored the phone. I gave up. Online won’t let you place an order either. Thought this store was under new management, but I guess we will go another 2-3 years not eating there.
