The ladies here are knowledgeable, and sweet. They had scrumptious GF cakes. The carrot cake was amazing, do not miss it. The atmosphere was welcoming, and bright. I am sad we aren’t staying longer so that I can visit again.

Pleasant place. Clean. Tidy. Good atmosphere. Well sited. Food and drink very acceptable. Snack food rather than main meal type but that is what Caffe Nero is all about. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Well 😊 worth the visit.

We didn't have anything to eat so can't comment on the food but the coffee was very good. The staff were extremely friendly and my only criticism, if I have one, is that the general decor is a bit dull and could do with being brightened up a bit.

I know that staff can come and go in these cafés but today the barista here in the main street Caffe Nero was very helpful, carrying my tray over to the table, and telling me to take my time to pay him. Not everyone is as patient with my mobility disability as this chap.

Big fan of Cafe Nero. Great coffee, treats and snacks. Only let down to this chain is cleaning...they all need to look at this important aspect of service some more than others. Bangor isn't too bad and staff very helpful.
