Reminded me of the hive. Very hive themed. Many worker bees giving plenty of help. Multiple nectar flavors to choose from. I especially appreciated the power lemonade nectar. Made the hive work 5x as fast. Despite this there were some fatalities of the drones, but this is of little importance. Amazing restaurant, will be telling the other queens about this place 100%. Happy Tuesday all. I just had one of the best customer service experiences with Panera Bread located @ 6307 York Road 21212. We ordered online for delivery our order arrived on time. We noticed the ordered had been modified and we were missing 2 bagels. I called immediately I spoke to a young lady who transferred me over to Chanel. Chanel explained to me why the order had been modified she even checked with the young lady who bagged the order who said everything should have been accounted for even with that information Chanel immediately jumped into action to make things right. Not only did she replace the missing items along with more pastries due to them not having the Pastry ring, she also arranged for the items to be redelivered. Chanel said I will call you back after I contact door dash, and she did. Not only did she call back Chanel followed up with me once the delivery left her store as well as after the order was redelivered. I want to thank Chanel and as well as her hard working team for providing outstanding customer service 👏🏽 Thank you Panera Bread for having Chanel on your team, she did an amazing job making sure we were satisfied as customers🙌🏽 We look forward to using this location again.

This restaurant is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I tried the Autumn Squash Soup and all-time favorite Frontega Chicken Panini. It was my first time trying the autumn squash soup and I must say that soup is 100% clean creamy combination of pumpkin and butternut squash blended with ginger, warm spices and a hint of sweet apple.

I use to eat here every morning because it's walking distance from my job. Now that they have changed owner's and employee's my orders are more wrong then right. They throw your sandwiches together, with the bagel pack they didn't separate my bagels and the services is okay it all depends who's serving. Perks: If their is something wrong they'll fix it, give it for free or credit you. Flaws: The inconvenience and I like what my food not only taste like but looks like as well.
