I can confidently say Bowl. r offers some of the worst customer service in Sydney. We were not greeted what so ever and when we were recognized the man at the register just said “what do you want”. I was appalled by the way we were treated as paying customers. He also sat on his phone while we were looking at the menu at the register when we were just about to order. When asking for recommendations, he gave us absolutely no help and acted like he just wanted us to leave. The food is good, however it is very much overpriced and after this kind of service, I will not be returning. We left feeling highly uncomfortable at this establishment.

Wasn't happy with the quality of Avocado and some strange flavours The Chicken was so hard I couldn't even cut it. But everyone has bad days so I politely provided feedback. As I was speaking I was interrupted very rudely by the manger(?). Without making eye contact, listening to me speak or asking any questions dismissed me by walking away and telling the other team member to just give me my money back. TBH I didn't even want my $ back just thought I'd give feedback on what was clearly not very good food. Unfortunately for her it cost her the $20 and this review. Everyone has bad days, but no one deserves to be treated like that.

First time here and decided to dine in, waited longer than usual for a simple Buddha Bowl only to receive my meal in a take out container, I noticed it was also missing several of the ingredients listed on the menu as the person sitting in front of me had the same meal and theirs was larger and had everything included. Disappointingly bland Buddha Bowl, will not recommend this place nor will I dine in again.
