Some constructive feedback. We ordered a red box, they had no fried chicken, but we were still sold the box and charged full price for it. Chips and chicken tenders were warm and soggy, obviously sitting there for a while. To be totally fair, the rippa sub was decent, and admittedly we came close to closing time, but the quality of food and service should be consistent whatever time of day it is. Especially selling us an item that is only partially delivered (red box). Unfortunately won't be going back.

Put my order in by 4pm for delivery at 7pm. Mine was the last to be dropped off! Bit ridiculous, missing my kids drink! Then asked if I wanted said drink still or not! Um yes And food was cold. Wasnt even worth the 15mins late. Plus ordered sauce didn't even get that, now realised why I stopped ordering from there. Not even worth the 1 star.

Food is okay but upping the prices is definitely not okay. I’m not buying from red rooster again because I can’t afford it now. Bloody ridiculous. Not happy.

Bad experience this is meant to be a loaded chips with extra chicken and gravy dissapointed the manager lachlan was very rude aswell talking to the staff was more offended by his work ethic than the food, god help your staff

I purchased a satisfryer and the chips where under cooked and the chicken was over cooked and the size the thigh and 2 legs must have come of a bantom chicken they where so small . If this is the product you are selling I won't be back to waste my money I will go to KFC
