Fired Pie

I’ve been to this location ( Avondale) along with many others and they can all be hit and miss depending on who’s working in the past. Today I went in and could tell Fired has turned things around. Niki who is the manager displayed great leadership and led by example to her team. I believe your team is a reflection of the leadership and Niki is a prime example. She was not just giving commends and relaxing while everyone else worked. She wore many hats and worked alongside her team which in turn led to a totally different experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff was on top of their jobs and working. Bravo

we have been to the avondale store a few times, food is always good. the most recent visit as I was placing our orders I had noticed the 2 guys (Liam and Paul) making the pizzas where changing their gloves between pizzas and after handling the meat. THAT really impressed me, I have been food service certified before so I pick up these things. I am truely impressed with their safe food handling pratices and the Manager (Niki) freindly demeaner and the cleanlinest of the store. You should be VERY proud of your crew there , they are why we will return. and thank you for providing us a clean and freindly place to eat at. Sincerely Scott Corlett sr.

Wow! Came in for lunch and found this kid Caleb running the WHOLE PLACE by himself! What a hustler! Pressing dough, dressing pizzas, taking orders, moving pies around the oven- walk ins, call in orders- and between customers, answering the phone and filling the ice machine! All that and he still made my pizza with care and had a smile on his face the whole time! If he can stay positive, than I can certainly be patient in line! This kid CANNOT POSSIBLY be paid enough! Pizza was great, as always. Fired Pie is definitely the best of the "make-a-pizza" type joints.

Y’all, they changed their macaroni and cheese recipe. It taste like boiled noodles without salt. I honestly thought I ordered the wrong thing and she said I didn’t. It used to be flavorful with gooey cheese. I have no idea why they did this. Other than that, the pizza was good, atmosphere was nice, mostly clean, and quiet, and staff was very nice.

This place never misses. It's not a new York slice but it's worth it. The crunch is nice. That char is decent. The cheese is always perfectly melted. They have no problem re heating your pizza if needed. The lemonade is so fresh and refreshing. I got the three meat. Pep sausage and ham. Reg sauce. But the selection of pizzas and desserts are great. This place was packed and still had time to re heat. They let you choose your table and bring your pizza to you. This is the second location I been to and pizza is the same, it slaps hard. Means it's really good.
