What in the heck happened to KFC? I don’t blame the employees. They were gracious. We ordered an 8 piece meal. Every bit of the meal was absolutely horrible. So bad we took 2 bites and had to toss everything. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. The chicken skin was doughy and gooey. The meat was like rubber. The gravy on the cold hard mashed potatoes tasted like corn starch with water. The biscuits were like rocks. A complete waste of money. I don’t leave negative reviews. Haven’t left one but this was awful. Colonel Harland David Sanders must be rolling in his grave. Shame on Yum! Brands. Do better. You shame the Colonel,

I had a wonderful experience today with Shane and the manager she is always friendly excellent customer service goes far and beyond To Serve her customers. We go out of our way to come to this KFC to see Shannon … I would definitely recommend this location to anyone And would like to nominate Shannon for employee of the month

Placed a mobile order after going through the drive through to check prices, and discovering that what I wanted was not listed and comparable items cost more than on the KFC app. And please note that if you place a mobile order, you do have to go inside the restaurant to pickup. Weird that you cannot pickup through drive thru.
