If there was a choice to give you 0 stars I would. I’m a delivery driver which means I drive for a living. I forgot my lunch today. I figured I would get Subway because it’s quick. I tried for 20 minutes to order a sandwich through the mobile app and it was not working properly and would not assign a location for me to pick the sandwich up. I called your store and was refused service. I was told you’re not allowed to take orders over the phone. Well here’s the thing….. your app wasn’t working so I COULDN’T PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER! I explained this and it didn’t matter! Really???? I even asked can ya help me out here??? NOPE! Very very poor customer service! Will not recommend or visit this store again.

I stopped at Subway tonight on Lear Rd. in Avon Lake. The two girls working were awesome. Friendly and courteous. I was in and out. My sandwich was perfect. Personality to match! Highly recommend and the Drug Mart Plaza as well! If you are hungry and want quality quickly go see them !

Arminda makes my salad just about everyday as I head to work. She's literally the only employee there that goes above and beyond. I very much appreciate her and happy to see her everyday. thank you for all that you do.

Best Subway I've ever been to. Both ladies working were excellent, made sure to make my sandwich exactly how I like it. Will be going back!

We visited this subway at dinner time during the week and the sandwich maker (Alex) was working alone that night. The restaurant started getting very busy and he remained super helpful, focused, patient, and even attentive to our 3 young kids. He made our complicated order perfectly! Thanks, Alex!

The people are nicer here than the other local stores and they move at a human pace rather than the hurried, impersonal pace. It's my favorite Subway, but you still have to keep an eye out on their hygiene practices, but that's the norm anymore

Great little subway. Service is friendly, food gets made quickly. Pleasant and social manager guy was there when I went in. Girl at the counter who made my BLT was very polite.

I ordered a BMT they didn't have the bread I want it was the garlic herb also order a tuna sandwich the guy ran out of tuna and I had to ask him was he going to put some more Tuna on the sandwich this was the subway in Avon by the Giant Eagle don't get me wrong I love Subway they just need new employees
