The palace is so cool, good vibe nice environment. The food overall is not bad: pizza is good and fires are great. Staffs are so helpful and friendly. The one thing is we ordered the chocolate pizza but it didn’t served!! We just realized after we left. 15%percent surcharge is a lot during holiday break.

Held a function here last Saturday afternoon / night for about 25 friends. Rachel the Functions Manager was outstanding prior to the night with recommendations for food, great response times and overall a dream to liaise with. On the day, venue was outstanding!!! Staff were awesome, happy and helpful. Food was excellent (great pizzas) and the drinks flowed. Overall a very successful function - all who attended enjoyed!! Thanks again to all at Shady Palms - highly recommend this venue.

We had a great Easter Sunday with the whole family at the tropical oasis restaurant Shady Palms. They had face painting and a magician entertaining the kids and even us adults. Helpful and attentive staff. The tables in the gardens make you feel like you’re on holidays in Bali or Hawaii. Stunning decor. The taco board was delicious and the kids loved the pizzas. Tasty cocktails and a good beer range. Good news, finally a place for families on the coast. Will be back with the family or boys for sure.

We had our wedding reception at Shady Palms on Sunday night and I honestly couldn’t recommended them enough! It was such a chill, tropical environment, and the staff were so fun, professional and accomodating. My husband and I are vegan so we wanted a vegan menu for our wedding so we could eat everything without worrying. They sourced vegan cheese and sauces for us and made us an incredible menu with 4 different and delicious cheesy pizzas plus 3 starters. It was all so scrumptious! Thank you so much guys for making our special day so much more than we imagined! You went above and beyond, honestly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a place! From the moment we walked in for a friends hens party we were greeted with friendly staff and big smiles. The venue had such a great atmosphere. The pizzas were perfect to share for a snack and the cocktails were soon tasty and defiantly value for money (my fav being the chilli margarita). As the night went on the DJ played some amazing dance music and the staff encouraged us to dance if we wanted to, they even moved the tables for us. We had such a GREAT time at Shady palms - everything made the night amazing - the atmosphere, the drinks, the food but most importantly THE STAFF - we cannot thank you guys enough and can't wait to return one day.

We came as a group of 20 for a work function. I dealt with Rachel and she was very helpful in organising the day for us. The food, the drinks and the service were fantastic. We got the bottomless pizza package for $35 per head. We only ended up needing about 15 pizzas so I don't believe we got value for money, and in that respect, it was very expensive. Next time we would probably just order individually.

Came in today (Easter sunday) and where do I begin.. You know how to throw an event!! Couldn't not fault anything. burgers were fantastic, georgia behind the bar making delicious cocktails, and the 2 managers floating around helping us with anything we needed (sorry didn't get their name! girl with the glasses and gentlemen doing the scavenger hunt) 10/10 will be back!!
