Customer service- excellent!

My only note is that the mushroom chicken, while hot and tasty, had too many zucchinis. Everything else was great

Love panda! I’ve always been a super fan of their orange chicken. The food is always good and it’s affordable, so that’s a plus.
The service though, not too good. They had zero customer service. They ladies at the counter were super gross to my partner. They made us feel bad, and didn’t communicate to the customers that they were not taking and cards that day we went. We didn’t have any cash, we had already ordered, and the whole experience was just uncomfortable.

So glad I found a panda that still has black pepper chicken. I miss it and hate when the other stores don't have it. Good customer service, but store was a little dirty.

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I tried the Orange Chicken and the Beijing Beef, both of which were flavorful and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, and I appreciated that the dishes were made fresh to order rather than sitting under heat lamps like some fast food restaurants.
Overall, I would highly recommend Panda Express to anyone looking for a quick and delicious Chinese food fix. The prices were reasonable, the service was top-notch, and the food was some of the best I've had from a fast food restaurant. I'll definitely be back.

This is my go-to panda express. Location of the staff is always very helpful and kind. Also the manager. He is also there all the time motivating his staff and making sure that the customer leaves home with a good meal and with a happy face. I really like the location. Very calm and the parking is very good. They usually have the food ready pretty fast and the family meal is definitely something to look into if you have a family of four or more that you have to feed for a cheap price.

Hands down the best Panda in Austin area, food is always hot and fresh. I eat here often. Its just always just right. Staff is friendly.

Great value for the price! Consistency and portions of the veggies were weird, but the honey sesame chicken was amazing. Fast and friendly service too.
