Wingstop

This wing stop is the cleanest, friendliest location I’ve ever visited in the Austin area. Me and my sister stopped by and received the greatest service from Ariel. Ariel was kind, prompt, professional and exudes a level of customer service that is far and few between within the food industry now a days. We also didn’t have to wait over an hour for our food to be done. It was received hot fresh and exactly the way we ordered it over the phone. This will probably be the only Wingstop location we visit moving forward.

Cashier was totally out of it and seemed to be in another world. Music was so loud in the kitchen over the music in the dining area. It was annoying. The food was delicious!! The music and the Cashier ruined the atmosphere. It was so loud and the place is so small. He couldn't even hear my order! He kept asking over and over, huh?? Like , turn the music down! He totally ruined the vibe, but i didn't let it bother me. The food made up for it !! Thank you to the crew that cooked my meal. You did great!

My husband and I stopped here on our way home from Christmas shopping. We ordered 6 bone-in wings, 2 tenders, fries, and fried corn. Everything was AMAZING. The chicken was fresh, moist, and delicious. The fries are the best fries I've had from any Wing Stop. We will definitely be ordering from this location from now on. The cashier was polite, and answered our questions. The way the fried corn was cut, perfect. The slices aren't too thick, so it's easy to eat without getting the seasoning all over your face. Thanks!

Winning to eat there after our Buffalo wild wings experience was horrible. I'm so glad that we did. As soon as we enter the building we were greeted by friendly staff. Ordered our food and got it fast and as orders. The price is very good for all the food that you get. Thanks you guys for everything.

I stopped by after work to pick up some chicken wings, boneless and classic, 10 of each and both combos. I arrived home and I realized that my order was not what I ordered. I got all boneless and only one side of fries. I was checked out by Miguel who totally messed up my order. I returned to the restaurant, not to complain but to order my classic wings. This time just the wings! I was checked out by Erik. Clearly I mentioned I don’t want a combo, just the wings. I was checked out by Eric and charged for a combo. I noticed that after I got the receipt. I sat in line again and tried to get Erik’s attention. I told him it was my second visit there in last 15 minutes, that I already have a messed up order home, I just wanted my classic wings. He called the manager, Brandon who gave me a refund for my second order and I got my classic wings!! Brandon was apologetic and my order was ready within minutes! I didn’t mind paying for, but he refused to charge me. Erik mentioned that was the right thing to do! Thank you so much! I was too tired to pay attention to my receipts, long day at work. I learned my lesson!
