Amazing experience! We were hesitant to move in to a condo after living in a Single-Family home for over 27-years. We are so happy we chose 360 in North Bay Village. As a Realtor. I have experienced staff at many condo buildings. Nothing compares to the staff at 360. From the Property Manager, Jason Apolinario to ground keepers, Valet to Housekeeping. Incredible location but amenities are starting to become outdated relative to other condos nearby. Units sold at a median of $847/sf in 2022 which puts this in the middle of the pack for downtown condos in Austin.
