Subway

The white lady was so rude and nasty towards the black older man had to be in his 70's. She has no patience with him whatsoever and she should not be a leader or in charge at all! They way she handled him was very unprofessional and that is unacceptable! She stated she runs that store and been there all day since the morning. Which that is the problem she's tired and taking it out on her co worker and the customers! Me and the lady behind her told her she needs to stop but kept on! She argued with me and was very combative I recorded her whole Behavior as she started to yell at me. I will be contacting corporate in the morning to let them know and also email them this video of how she treated her co-worker and us! That is somebody's dad and grandad!

I waited in the line half an hour due to a trainee making sandwiches while the manager tended register only to be told after waiting that they were out of pepperoni, black olives, pickles, and mozzarella cheese. This is the second time I've had issues at this location, the first being when a "sandwich artist" stood there in front of the prep area having a coughing fit without a mask during the peak of the Covid epidemic.

The ladies are always the nicest and I had the pleasure to have Raya serve me and form the second I walked in she was so nice and made me feel welcomed which seems small but now and days most people don’t care about how they great you they just want to get there hrs worked in but she was amazing and was I interacting with other customers just bring heart warming energy. The reason I write this review is because I had a bad day and just talking to her and having great service was enough to turn my day around.
