Dunkin'

Why is the lobby still closed ? The Covid stuff is essentially over (none of your employees are wearing masks so I don’t buy it if that’s what we’re still using here as the excuse) and for those of us who use the online order why on earth do we have to wait in this line ? We get these teenagers don’t want to interact with humans , but open up the lobby so We can get our coffee and go! Terrible Terrible and slow! Edit a month later- note to management, if these are franchise owned and you wonder why your sales are down it’s because no working American can wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee when there is only three cars in your line. Get it together and hire more people ! Employees seem decent so it’s definitely managerial or owner issue!

Me and my friend went through about 5 minutes ago and the customer service was bad! The man on the speaker was very rude and not friendly at all. This is our 3rd time here and they NEVER have any donuts each time we went. When anyone comes to Dunkin’ Donuts it’s expected that they have donuts... My friend ordered a sweet tea and it tastes like coffee was in it and It doesn’t taste like sweet tea at all.

The staff is so sweet, I leave with a compliment from them a lot of the time and it puts a big smile on my face. They do a good job of getting me in & out of the drive thru if there’s not a line, and if there *is* a line, I’m pretty confident it’s because someone ahead of me ordered a lot of food items off of the menu and that takes longer since it is made fresh. Their stock can be iffy for sure but that’s not their fault either, that should be taken to some management higher up the chain. Other locations have the same issue. There was one time I ordered hash browns & they gave me empty packets without the actual food in there but I honestly just thought it was funny af, they were busy and clearly overwhelmed but if you don’t like to laugh things off just double check your stuff & ur fine. They fix things as fast as they can manage. Overall I adore the staff, their coffee & food, and they’ve always been so efficient and have a get-sh!t-done attitude when it comes to ordering without being rude about it. Thank u guys.

I'm soooo over this Dunkins location. How do you call yourself Dunkin "Donuts" and run out of donuts hours before closing?? It's inevitable that when I go there I will be told they don't have something(donuts,muffins,sourdough bread, avocado spread,etc) or their coolatta machine is down. Don't turn your machines off unless your closed, it's that simple. If your wanting your Dunkins fix, go to the Solon location.
