Taco Bell

Don't usually have a bad experience here but tonight was beyond any excuse.. asked for a potato taco with spicy ranch, got a small chunk of chicken slathered in some sauce, and my hardshell tacos had a huge dollops of sour cream on one side only... Really upset that I paid what I paid for food that was improperly made. Won't be back for a while..

I really hate to be this person as I work in the food industry as well but I have been a vegetarian for about 15 years and always mention that when I order. I took a bite into the cheese quesadilla and immediately got sick because there was chicken in it. And not just one piece either, but the entire quesadilla was filled with chicken. I continued to be sick for a few hours and I feel like this complaint is justified because if someone at my restaurant complained for a similar reason I'd be extremely embarrassed. I'm not looking for free things, I'm looking for you to do better.

I don't know why I keep going back to this location. They never give me extra ingredients when I order them and PAY for them. Really not cool to charge people and then not follow through with making the order correctly. I have gone there and ordered the same thing with extra cheese and extra red sauce and it is always not extra. In fact it's almost less then normal. When I go to the location on lake street I never have this issue. I will no longer go to this location.
