The food is always smack!! Fresh and delicious! BUT...the customer service sucks! We had a major smart a$$ on the drive-thru intercom. He made us soo upset with his attitude and disrespect. We left. That was a first for us. Hopefully next time it will be better.

My whole meal was messed up. Went and had it fixed. Ate half of it and had to throw it away, just did not taste good at all.

I ordered the new chi’king spicy since I had a coupon. They gave me regular chi’kings not spicy and when I called they said the coupon doesn’t work for the spicy ones. Why wouldn’t you ask if I wanted a regular one at the window since the coupon only works for regular. I had no idea it was a surprise when I opened my food. The manager I called “Michael” said to talk to Guadeloupe in the morning and when I asked him the guys name next to him so I can let her know who took my order he said that he didn’t know the guys name. How crazy is that?

Amazing burger menu and the place was always clean. Fast service and staffs were really nice.

The food was good, had the Impossible whopper again, it was made just right, the fries were crisp and hot. The staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and well ventilated. I emphasise on cleanliness because I have been to many Burger King stores in the Chicago area that were run down and dirty.

Not a recommended stop. They are really slow filling the order, even when it’s not busy at all. It’s a bit old and rundown and not particularly clean inside. The food is fine, I mean, it’s Burger King, so you know what you’re getting. There are other better places nearby you’re better off going to instead.

The drive thru for 2 burgers and fries was over 10 minutes. The person at window didn't acknowledge me, said the amount and pretty much tossed the bag of food at me. The fries were hot and tasted like old grease. Burgers were fine.
