Went there yesterday during lunch time. There was a very long waiting line because staffs are too slow and inexpert. They didn't have straw for drinks as well.

Visited 30 mins before closing time at fox valley location. ordered a bowl and a plate. Uncooked noodles, no egg scramble in rice. No taste at all. Even portion also less compared to my previous visits. Really disappointed with the purchase.
Even when they served less portion I didn’t say anything; but didn’t expect such a bad quality.

Food is fresh and good, and the customer service is excellent. Also the store was clean even with the amount of people coming in and the snow.

They did not ask if the food is for dine in or to go. I got my food in a togo container. The counter looked ckean and organized but the floor was in a mess and no sign or water-on-floor was tgere. The portion was just there to get u going but not filling. The food tasted good.

I love coming to this location! The food is always fresh, and the people are always nice! I'd like to give a shout out to Natalie and Jade. I think they go above and beyond their job description to provide a great service! Keep up the good job

Can get busy depending on the hour. The staff is pretty quick as always, so the line moves quickly. Recommend you order ahead online and just pick up to go.

Extremely slow service. Not enough staff to handle both online and in person orders. Employees were more focused on filling orders for fellow employees than the line of customers that was out the door.

Sold me a tea they didn't have and couldn't reimburse me. I was given an IOU for it. A month later I redeem my drink and I didn't get my correct change back for my food! I give up. There's other places around
