Panera Bread

What a disappointing experience for a Panera. I stopped at this location today for the first time and could not believe how dirty the restaurant was and the poor quality of the food. My soup was lukewarm at best and the cheese in my sons mac and cheese looked like soup. The entire dining area looked liked it hadn't been swept/ vacuumed in some time. There was trash on the floor and under tables as well as build up along the baseboards. I am very aware that most restaurants are staffing challenged. This absolutely didn't appear to be the case here as there were a number of staff behind the counter just talking amongst themselves, not doing much to make the food timely or acknowledge the customer.

So I drove through tonight to get my wife a full size salad (Fuji Apple with Chicken), a Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich with an apple and a large bowl of Macaroni and cheese for my son... Salad and BBQ were both great but the Mac & cheese was a disappointment... Is a half full bowl considered a large order? Three items came to $29.18... The food was good but $8.79 seems like a lot for a half full bowl of Mac & cheese... maybe it was made up as a side portion to the salad or sandwich? 😒

I've visited this location many times and it's about time I write a review. The staff are always friendly. The drive thru line could move a bit faster. Their food is always tasty. Although I don't understand why their BLT breakfast wrap never seems to have any bacon in it. 99% of the time they get my order right. I'm happy to come back to this location, although there's a couple things they could do better with.
