Enjoyed their subs. The 12 incher was a little large but very tasty which helped get it down. They delivered one of our sandwiches with a sticker still on a veggie and happily remade the sandwich for us. Large menu selection and nice open atmosphere with windows everywhere. Miles above some of the chains around, definitely go here first.

I used to go to the Sub Stop on Mississippi and was excited to see there was one on Sable. First time I went in, I ordered and they gave me a different sandwich, which was more expensive. I asked the person behind the counter and he just looked at me as though he really didn't know how to fix it and kind of shrugged. I was in a hurry and he clearly wasn't going to change it so I had to leave the store, having paid more money for the wrong sandwich. Second time I went in they were out of 15 items on the menu. Last week, on Wednesday, I went to grab a quick sandwich at 5:15, the sign said they were open until 7, but the place was all locked up and no one was there. There was no sign on the door indicating why they were closed during normal business hours. Will not even try anymore.

The worst ever. I ordered a sandwich without mayo and it got covered in mayo. Took it back and pointed this out and they remade it with twice as much mayo. The guy was making sandwiches and not once did he wash his hands after touching his face and cash. One of my lunch partners saw him wipe his nose with the back of his hand then go back to making more sandwiches. This place used to great but it g.gets an f from me.
