Quick service. Park and order and drive thru. Easy order, easy pay. Competitive prices for milkshakes. Large here compares to extra large. Nice flavors. Good slushies too. I ordered the new cake batter shake. Thick, but not as rich with flavor as I was expecting.

I've order through the app a few times, included a tip, and still had to go inside to pickup my own food. Yesterday I ordered a banana milkshake with hot fudge, I receive it with no banana and no fudge. The manager says I have to buy a new one because I drank ⅕ of the shake before realizing the deceit. And today I order a double cheeseburger through the app and receive bread with condiments and tomato but no meat 🤦🏼♂️

Burger was hot, fries were cold and clumped together. My husband brought this home and it was pathetic for what was spent on it.

Ugh if I could give them zero stars I would. I usually order on the app and it takes them forever to come out with my order. I always have to flag someone down to get my mobile order. It's ridiculous and they are super slow here.
UPDATE
So I call corporate as requested as was told that there would be two route 44 drinks added to me app for the inconvenience. I went to redeem one of them and there's nothing there. I am so over sonic right now. Nor sure if I'll even go back and spend my money at this point.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & POORLY BEHAVED STAFF! I was there when over hearing sonic employees body shaming/bullying one of their co-workers. Unfortunately, the manager on duty joined in their public display of inpropriety. Also unfortunately. the one that was targeted was the only polite employee in view. Please don't support this behavior by frequenting this location. If they feel comfortable in this kind of public display, then what's going on in the kitchen?

Drive through line moved fast. Order was missing cheese cups for pretzels. I should have looked closer too. 3 stars on this trip. Other times, 4 and 5.

Don’t bother with this location. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than them getting your order correct on the first try. My fault for trying them multiple times over the last year; it’s worth the extra driving just to go to the Smokey Hill restaurant

Great food, great service! We had a big order and they were so nice and quick w our order . Really appreciate the young man who literally ran out to hand us a cherry limade they had (understandibly) forgotten. Thank you again!
