Casey's

My horse trailer literally broke (steel weld came apart on the bulkhead) and I noticed it right after I pulled in Casey’s to fuel up! I was on an over the country long haul with 3 horses and a dog and it was hot!! The manager and the staff were incredible! They let me park beside the grass and unload the horses and even let me provide them with water from the store! They provided me with ice water as well. They were so kind and gracious! If you are going to have troubles traveling, you can rest assured that the staff at this location goes above and beyond to provide customer service! After I got the mobile repair done, I made sure to fuel up before I headed out! They certainly deserve my fuel dollars!! Great store, clean store, and wonderful staff!

Not a big fan of Casey's in the first place and unfortunately this one is the basic experience. Awkward parking lot especially if you're pulling a trailer, not well maintained, not especially clean, never can you get the receipt at the pump, not really too convenient if you have to go in anyway to get your business receipt.

Casey's in Augusta is a shining example of great management and great employees! They treat everyone like family and the store is always clean. They also remember that a convenience store is supposed to be convenient - and quick! My job requires me to travel in SE Kansas and I have been to almost every Casey's store in the area. There are a few disappointing stores in the area but most of the Casey's stores are great. The Augusta store is EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!

I order 2 foot long sandwiches, mine was good but my son's sandwich, litterly had no meat on it. He ordered the ham sandwich, it had the toppings right, except NO meat! On top of that, they said 10 minutes and it ended up being 30 minutes...this happened tonight, 10/2 at 6:30pm at Andover and 21st st.
