Taco Bell

Great food and great customer service. This Taco Bell recently closed briefly I’m assuming due to staff shortages. They were even short tonight and the staff was awesome. Please remember to be kind. It isn’t fun for anyone, the employees or the customers in this industry right now. The ones sticking it out and working through these tough shifts especially short staffed are the ones you should be nice to. :)

Where's the full menu? Was fully expecting to see a regular Taco Bell, with a full sized menu, like the Taco Bells outside of New England. Nope. Picture a KFC/Taco Bell with the restricted menu, now cut the shop size in half and take the same Taco Bell only restricted menu and that's what you get here. The food itself was fine, what you normally get.

I rarely leave bad reviews, so please read my entire review to understand where this rating comes from. First and foremost, the food here is solid, just like most Taco Bells. I have one very big gripe with this specific location, though, and that relates to their very sporadic and arbitrary business hours. To put things in perspective, there have been *5 separate occasions* in the last year where I have driven to this location *during business hours* only to find out that it is closed. No signs anywhere, no updates to hours on Google Maps, etc. To add to the frustration, their lights remain on, giving the impression that they are open for business. If you pull up to the drive through, you'll quickly find that they are closed after sitting for a few minutes with no response. I have never experienced this at such frequent intervals at any other fast food location. My advice is to clearly communicate early, arbitrary business closures by (a) having a closed sign somewhere, (b) turning off lights so that customers don't think that you're open during your stated business hours, and (c) update your freaking Google Maps hours to reflect unexpected closures. I will be giving my business to other Taco Bells in the area, because I do not wish to waste anymore of my time driving to this location only to find out they are closed (yet again) without warning and during their regular business hours.

I like taco bell but it seems like the employees at this location want to close shop early. The hours say it closes at 12 am but there have been many time where I have gone through the drive thru to be told that I can't have what I wanted to order because the fryers were shut down for the night. If you're supposed to be open til 12am, I should be able to order what I want since I go into work for 10:30pm. Thanks

Very upset asked for none of the spicy sauce on my quesadillas an there was extra on both my cheese wasn't fully melted an a piece of hair on one of them!!! GROSS!!!! VERY VERY upset and I couldn't eat my burrito because there was incredible amount of refried beans couldn't taste anything but that an it was stuffed full of it I only saw a few pieces of ground beef very disappointing it could've been so much better granted staff were very nice
