My boyfriend and I went here for dinner one night and ordered online. I called to let them know when we arrived and sadly was told they had no ice cream for the milkshake I wanted and said they’d give us two drinks instead. I was upset but was even more unimpressed when I was brought out two small cups in place of the milkshake. I was expecting two “regular” size cups, not children’s cups, especially because that price difference doesn’t match up. — Now onto the food. I asked for the gluten-friendly pancakes, which turned out not to be gluten friendly. My boyfriend got the Leches pancakes, which by the name, should be... moist at least. The pancakes he got were so dry even two containers of syrup didn’t help. Definitely NOT a leches pancake. We both didn’t feel good after eating here. Overall, extremely unimpressed and will never go back.

The service was good but the food this time could have been A LOT better. My son and I go here all the time and usually the food is great. This time not so much. He got the child's grilled cheese barely any cheese on it what so ever. I had to remind the waitress about my extra bacon I had ordered. My blue berry pancakes tasted good but presentation was horrible. All the blueberries was cooked directly into the center of both pancakes. I have pictures, so you can see what I mean. The hot tea container and the coffee container both had no lids on them to keep the hot water and coffee hot not only hot but tops stop them from spilling and burning someone. I thank God neither one spilt and my 5 yr old son didn't get burned

Ordered the smokehouse combo. The pancakes were crispy and the smoked sausage was burnt. I asked if I could get some pancakes that weren't crispy, the waitress took them in the back and then returned because the cook said "the pancakes have to be that dark so that I know they are cooked all the way through."

Extremely disappointed with the food I got this morning. I paid $9 for french toast that tasted like regular toast that had been soaked in strawberry juice. I had about 5 bites before I truly couldn't stomach it anymore because, as if it wasn't bad enough already, it had the slightest hint of grilled onions 3 out of those 5 bites. Will definitely NEVER order that again. The pancakes are usually alright, so I took a risk. The worst decision I've made so far in 2021.
