Huddle House

Hands down the worst experience at a Huddle House. Placed an online order through the huddlehouse.com website... said our order would take 25 min, no problem. At 25 min, kept getting told 5 more minutes, 40 minutes later waited again. When our order was ready it was all either incorrect or severely undercooked. The fries in 3 of our basket orders(fried pickles, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks) were all undercooked & soggy; the egg whites on my husband's eggs were so undercooked they were clear in many areas, the butter pecan prailine Pancakes I ordered w paid toppings not only didn't have either of the paid toppings but didn't have a single pecan and soooo much more on the other items we ordered. As I was still in the parking lot, I walked in and gave all the food back, then requested a refund of the nearly $70 I spent. I was told that because I ordered online, (through their own company), they can't refund my order. I have to contact the CORPORATE OFFICE which of course isn't even open on weekend and ZERO ability to speak to someone...

The food is adequate at best, they literally give it away three days out of the week, which is kind of nice, but also telling. You really just come here for quick and easy dining, we all pretty much know what to expect. But you never know what you'll get out of customer service. Some days you'll have a great experience, other days, the employees may just lock the doors an hour and a half before they close and look at you angrily from inside the restaurant while you try and get in lol. Definitely need better customer service training.

I've only been there to pick up orders twice. The first time the manager closed the door in my face and locked it behind her. She had a very foul attitude when she brought my order which was cold. The second time the lady that was cooking had seriously foul attitude. The staff there needs to be retrained on customer service. The food was good AFTER I reheated it.

My honest rating can not use stars. To start my fiancé and I sat waiting for a server for over 20 minutes before I went to the counter to order and pay for our meals which came to over $35 for 2 breakfast.i ordered at 2:58 at 3:43 I went back to the counter to inquire the length of time for our wait only to find out it has been sitting for over 25 minutes. So we left sooth our food and my French toast with strawberries was waffles and my over priced bowl of fruit was.... well it wasn't!!!! Don't be fooled by their nice friendly smile cause they don't care a bit and it shows. Its a shame, we just moved down the street and eat out a lot but will never consider in our most dire situation eating there again. So if you've read this post and gone anyway too bad! You had been rightfully warned. Good day googles!
