I work often in the downtown Augusta area and I have visited this particular location more than what could be considered 'a lot'. Well, not once have I been let down. My order is almost served by the time I'm finished placing it more so if I use the bathroom to wash up. The current staff is friendly and socially engaging. I really cannot say too much more except visit here if you're hungry and on a budget.

I literally just came from ordering with them. As I am eating my food, I taste something hard, and when I spat it out, it was a nail. That is so disgusting and I am never eating from Wendy’s ever again. They should be ashamed. I am highly disgusted.

Great people but this place smells like hot garbage and is hella dirty I mean dirty. They need to close for a day have all the employees come in and clean it. I mean pull out everything and clean 🪥🪥🪥 I was just disgusted I promise I'm not exaggerating at all. My sister order was wrong so luckily we had to come in and boy I'm glad I did. I don't want a free nugget from this place.

They are SOOOOOOOOOOOOO ghetto here it's ridiculous. Like. They rush you through a order and are down right rude. I don't even know why I come here but I most definitely will not be coming back and neither will my family. Even with the nice upgrades and the facade of a clean environment it's far far that.
Rude managers and incompetent workers.
Do better for yourself and go somewhere else.

If I could give a zero I would. We just left from there and they had my food messed up I paid for basically my food twice. The young girl at drive thru better be glad she don’t work for me bc she would be unemployed. Nasty attitude rude I was trying to be honest an let her know there was no way my price was right for what I ordered it should be higher and she was nasty and rude we will not be back.. Not to mention I asked for mayo and ketchup they out of ketchup and gave me one pack of mayo

I waited in line 20+ minutes for my meal. (3cars ahead of me) Which was a grilled chicken meal large w/ a regular baked potato for my son. The food was disgusting. The chicken is burned, hard to chew and cold the baked potato is stiff and cold. You would think that because you're in line so long the food would be at less fresh.
