Krystal

The motto of Krystals "Fresh, Hot, Small, Square" I stopped and ordered 4 Krystal with cheese, regular fry and an iced tea. What I got was hard to put into words. Let me just upload some pictures of my meal. Please note that this is less than 5 minutes after I left the drive through window. By the way, I couldn't eat one bite.

Picked up lunch for my coworker. Told them what I wanted. Plain Krystal’s with NO CHEESE. They confirmed. Get the bag, all four sandwiches had cheese. Two were cold and two were warm. The two that were cold looked tampered with. As if someone had ripped of the bun on the bottom. Absolutely ridiculous.

I always enjoyed Krystal's breakfast and the cashier was always so kind but recently this establishment has went down hill. I stopped to get breakfast today and I ordered the three egg breakfast. When I received my order the grits were soupy, bacon burnt, and the toast was in the grits. Please do better.

I was excited to get a Krystal burger. The store looked like it had been through a rush of business all day. The kitchen was in the process of sweeping and cleaning up the cooking area. Something was off in the least. There were no burgers ready for the 8 or so orders that included mine. The manager made an announcement that it’d be 8 minutes for beef. No major issues at this point. She was thoughtful when I customer asked for fries while she waited, stating that she wanted to make sure the fries were hot with the burgers. I thought that was insightful as well. The disappointment came when the burgers came out. The pictures show the best of the three I received. I struggled through the first soggy burger, ate half the second, and then just trashed the remaining meal.
