Hooters

First time coming to this restaurant and must say I was impressed. I stop going to Hooters because the food was terrible. It doesn't matter to me if the waitress is attractive, if the food sucks I won't go. I was invited to go and must say my friends were right. Hooters has gotten better with their food. Especially now that they have smoked wings. Smoked meat is the way to go. My only issues is I think it was over smoked when it came to how hard the outside of the wings were. But with how that lacked the flavor made up for it. The flavor alone rates 5 stars. Also the customer service was amazing. I had Taly. She is an awesome lady. Would highly recommend to ask for her when you visist. She was so nice and helped every way. She has personality which is a plus. Looks aren't everything. She has the entire picture. So my experience was perfect. I would recommend the smoked wings to everyone and I will definitely visit again. Thank you Taly!

I just received an order from this establishment via Uber, and this is by far the worst I have ever received. 1) The driver had to wait 45 mins for the food (I understand if they are busy there might be a longer wait, but that would mean that the food would still be hot, right? Wrong) 2. I ordered a burger, fries, fried pickles, and a caser salad. all the hot items were ice cold. 3) the salad, which costs 12.49, was literally a handful of romaine lettuce, dressing and some croutons (see picture). This is unacceptable , and I will not be ordering food from here again. If i could, i would give zero stars

A group of friends went to Hooters in Augusta, GA. (Washington Rd.), & waiting for almost 30 minutes for a waitress. Then we had to wait a additional 1hr-2hrs for our food to come out. Then, when the food came my fries had hair on them. Plus the manager of the establishment was drunk & so were some of the employees!! HOOTERS WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN!!

We waited for hour still no service. We end up seating ourselves. Still no waitress. We asked for menu, still no service. date 5/6/22 Update 5:50-7 pm To the owner I gave hooters another chance, we didn't get a menu, no water, no service. Nobody checked on us. Hooter waitress walk past us several times. It was fewer customers here this time. Hooter is one of my favorite places to eat at.I like to visit all the hooter restaurants, hooter in August, GA. is not the place to visit. 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒
