Not your usual takeaway shop. Various menu to choose from, noodle, curry, stir fry and rice dishes. Also has keto options too. Food is made to order which takes less than 10min. We have been here couple of times now, never disappoints us. Generous amounts of meat and vege, not salty or greasy at all compared to other asian fast meals, like how they make you feel bloated and thirsty afterwards. Defs coming back, thanks for great food and service😇

Wok Express are absolutely my favourite takeaways in Auckland, maybe the country! Highly recommend the crispy chicken rice or noodles, the pad thai, sesame beef, and Panang curry. Appetisers are all awesome too. Reasonably priced, good portions, and very quick delivery. I love Wok Express!

I'm not vegan, but some of the dishes here have got me a little vegan-curious.
Having said that, the crispy chicken balls are awesome! Real chicken.

I love their fried rice with the teriyaki vegetables. Friendly service and delicious rice. If you don't want to cook, this is a cheap and yummy option.

I love the food and service here. Mong(?) the waitress is always so lovely and they do a BOMB keto menu. Price is reasonable too and fast service. Highly recommend!
My daily go to is the keto cashew chicken and cauliflower nasi goreng. They have macros listed too!

Wok Express Parnell has become our new favourite takeaway restaurant! The food from there is always tasty, with quality meat and veges, and prepared promptly. Highly recommend the gourmet spring rolls with BBQ pork, crispy chicken fried rice (any of the crispy chicken dishes actually!) and the beef fillet stir fry. Off there again tonight!

Tried their cauliflower nasigoreng rice and chili squid and it was so filling and savory. Generous portions, too. Had some leftover for the next meal. They have lots of options on the menu, including vegan/vegetarian. Will try some of their noodles next time. Worth a visit.
