Pizza Connection

I have been patronizing Pizza Connection over 15 years and have never complained about anything! Ive taken business associates as well as my friends and family there! A few days ago I got a large Deluxe pizza for takeout. What I ordered is the same as I ALWAYS have! This time, for the first time, it didn't have black olives on it! I called them to talk about it and complain and they immediately told me it doesn't come with black olives on it although I have always ordered a Deluxe and it ALWAYS comes on it! They got belligerent with me, never apologized, and constantly told me I was wrong about that! Then hung up on me! When you pay $32(I gave them a 15% tip) for a pizza I would expect it to be right or made right! Outrageous and if this is how they do business they will be short lived! See below and these are totally separate occasions seeing as these both we ate in!

Crust is THIN & CRISPY! Sausage has a little kick, but it is OUTSTANDING! We ate in for lunch and got there just after the "lunch rush". They have quite a few tables for eating in and they bring the food out to the table and it is steaming HOT!! This is the best pizza we've had since moving here 2 years ago! (We are not fans of deep dish or thick crust!) The toppings were very plentiful and our pizza was cut in small squares and were very easy to handle, both picking up & eating! GREAT PLACE!!

Took the family out to pizza connection and was dissapointed. We ordered and sat down before the 2 tables behind us and they got their pizzas first. (Specialty pizza) . We waited 40 minutes from the moment we paid until the moment we got our pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas and one of them was on the overcooked side. The kids did not even want to eat the cheese side.. It was a 1/2 pepporoni 1/2 cheese. A few tables up had the same pizza and theirs looked like it was cooked to perfection. Dissapointed mainly because of the price vs the quality. Not sure if we will try here again.

I'd try it again maybe they were just really busy but the pizza was average really lacked sauce. Wings were over done. had to send a sandwich back because it was ordered w/o onions and had onions. everything came out one at a time. instead of as a meal. flavor was good atmosphere was nice and it's a locally owned business supporting other local businesses.
