Oporto

Pathetic customer care. No air-conditioning from last 1.5 years. The shop owner simply don't care for its customer or its staff. Today is 39 degree sizzling..and guess what no aircon again...the staff working on kitchen suffering from intense heat inside..around 46...its a serious occupational health and safety situation...and complete disregard of Australian law..should be reported to authority..completely disregard of human life..!!! Pathetic

i always have a bad experience at this restaurant, i stopped going there for a year and went back there today thinking it might have changed,but it's just the same. The fries weren't hot enough,not fresh,some were very bad,not enjoyable. i would rather go to Strathfield Oporto,whenever i go there i enjoy the food alot, but the Auburn one it's so bad,the worst Oporto ever.The staff don't care about the service and if the customers are happy or not.You pay the money for the food but you don't get the value for what you paid for,i wonder if the managers really have time to check if they check if things are running well, i wonder why not much people go there,it's always empty.

The only place we could find clean enough to eat in Auburn. Compared to all other shops in Auburn this deserves five stars. It does not have halal certificate therefore most Muslims from neighborhood do not come here. If you are an Australian or a person from non Muslim countries go straight to Oporto. Don't waste your time searching for good shops in Auburn like us.
