Mcdonald's

On 4/6/22, I went thru the drive thru and ordered two sausage with cheese mcmuffins. I was quoted a price of 5.48. When I arrived at the window, I was told it was 6.02. I explained that's not what stated back at the screen. The worker asked what I ordered (there was only one other car in the drive thru). I again clearly stated, two sausage and cheese mcmuffins. The person repeated something different back to me (sausage mcmuffin) which I replied that's not what I ordered. He asked again. I then repeated the order and explained this is the third time I've said two sausage and cheese mcmuffins. The drive thru person stated that's not what you said and got his supervisor who asked what I ordered. I explained I ordered two sausage and cheese mcmuffins. The supervisor rang up the order. It came to $4 and change, not 5.48 or 6.02. I then explained to the supervisor that this was the fourth time I've stated my order and didn't understand what the problem was. I was calm through out, never raising a voice or demeaning anyone but clearly there's an issue with customer service and accuracy at this place. Its not the first time I've encountered a rude, careless service but no more. I will not be returning this or any place that overcharges and doesn't listen and treat customers with respect.

Okay McDonald's is McDonald's but I have to say that they're getting better. Went through the drive thru great service. I don't go for the value meal much rather they have an exceptionally good Sandwiches on the signature menu and the Double Quarter Pounders are just perfect. Had couple of breakfast items about mid-day and they were nice and hot, the hash browns are bigger too. No complaints. This is my original creation here; the Double Quarter Pounder with a hash brown smashed in between the two pieces of meat with barbecue sauce. Ohh it's good...

Just had a great experience with this McDonald's. I had a rather simple order, so there wasn't much to mess up. What really impressed me was the customer service skills of Sam as he took my order and processed payment. They say good help is hard to find these days, but this location is a true exception to that!

They're definitely improving since I was there last. Cleanliness and Quality appear to be bang-on; service time is still a trace slow (to be fair, they parked me to wait for my order; I'd barely parked when an employee brought my order out). Good enough that I'll come back when I want cheap and convenient.

Not sure why this McDonalds seems to be the only one that makes you pull to the front of the store while in the drive-thru but this one does every single time for something that is supposed to be quick. I assume it’s to lower their drive thru times but I’m here to say for Mcdonalds it’s not because they’re fast, it’s because they pull every single vehicle to the front of the store to wait longer for 2 sandwiches. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Why is your management allowing this? Defeats the purpose of a drive thru!!!
