You are lucky if you get your coffee right. Ask for decaf, get regular..want sugar, get none etc etc.

Use to be a great location, not sure what changed but every Saturday an Sunday for past 2 weeks my coffe is legit water an cream. No coffee in the cup, it’s like their machines aren’t working correctly or something but 5 years of coming here an now I drive 10 extra minutes to Norton location on 123. Great staff very polite an make you feel like family by addressing you by name and all!!

Great coffee, however when someone has a large order or has a time consuming order, they need to make that customer pull foward out of the drive thru and park. Some of us just order a simple coffee and shouldn't be forced to wait that long.Waited almost 10 minutes behind a customer waiting on a breakfast sandwich. Told the guy at the drive up window this and he was quite rude. Do better, Dunkin.

Coffee holder does not hold cups anymore..fell right out of the holder and spelt Coffee all over my new truck inside...not happy with dd anymore.. covers don't stay on and spills all inside. Y truck after paying to haven't it reconditioned yesterday.. I have complained to mangers and they say they can't do nothing about it....many people complaining about cups and covers...bad day no thanks to dd s.main street Attleboro...

This one particular location just does not follow orders properly. There’s an older woman who has black and purple hair, works first shift 4am who just can never get an order right. She has one job, one job that requires very minimal skill and she just can’t get an order right. Then you have to wait to pay an entire ten minutes while your coffee is just sitting so she can get more orders done. Unbelievable! I will take my business else where thanks but no thanks.
