Came in the lobby. Which was open manager came to me & said that she could not take my order in the lobby. I would have to walk to the drive thru. I explain and she seen that I was in a large vehicle. I asked her could she just 2 steps to the drive thru register and take my order I was only getting a frosty. She Miss Darcy reply no that I will have to go to the drive-thru. So I drive my bus round there. To only be told they do not have any frosty right now. I said why didn't she say that when I told her thats what I was getting. Not only that standing in that drive looking inside they have trash all over the ground. So I'm kind of Happy the frosting machine is down. Cause it doesn't look like they keep in the place clean anyway

After reading all of these reviews I would like just to tell the CEO of Wendy's whoever just hired Paul to run that restaurant on Mayport road is an absolute genius. I just went through the drive-thru for breakfast he's the nicest person I've ever met, the order was perfect and fast, everyone was polite and everybody appeared to be working, definitely not what were used to in Jacksonville, just great job. I'm sure sales will increase it would be nice to give him a bonus, I would work for that guy in a second just great to be around.

Great chicken sandwich. The sandwich was freshly made and hot. The quality seems to be very good. I am very picky about chicken and would not hesitate to order the chicken sandwiches here. The chicken is breast meat and cooked thoroughly, yet not tough or dry.

The people on night shift and dayshift are amazing.
Like the best. I felt at home and they were very friendly and positive. The day shift cashier, I think his name is Tim, he has a lot of tattoos and a big smile 80% of the time and will make you smile 100% of the time. And the night shift manager is the best and very well spoken and polite. His smile will put a smile on your face.

I think they may need one additional employee to better expedite the order to the customer -- on occasion, but any wait I've had was within my limit.
I occasionally eat there for breakfast when I'm too early to clock-in at work, and I keep coming back -- so, they must be doing something right. :D

There is an 100% chance of something going wrong during your trip here. Here are a few from just my personal experience. They once told me the wifi was out so they were not taking orders. They once told me they were out of beef ( this ones funny because we all know Wendy's slogan). They've given me the wrong order. Forgotten my drinks. Been rude. Sometimes they just decide not to answer the drive thru all together. I don't know whats the bigger joke this place or me for thinking it will ever change.

the service and food quality at night is on point EVERY TIME. i specifically go out of my way to stop at this location's drive-through to pick a quick meal on the way home from work so often and they've never failed me. i love the night crew here! thank you, mayport wendys. you're my favorite.
