Panda Express

Many of the reviews were focused on the atmosphere as well as the front of the line being close to the door. While I agree the front is near the door it's not that close. The employees greeted every single person that came in. I came in around 1pm, so it was busy but still not extremely busy. I enjoyed my food and the staff were great.

Came in around 6:30PM and there was a large line in the dining area. They seemed severely understaffed. The man working did a great job staying calm. They seemed to have run out of certain to go containers. However, they took initiative and were discounting everyone’s meals for the wait and lack of containers. Fast food industry is hard and everyone should show these workers some grace. The only complaint I have is the lack of teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken but that’s not a huge issue.

I came in close to closing so of course they pulled a few items off the line. The service made up for it in every way! I was disappointed there wasn’t an option to leave a tip (considering I didn’t have cash). Chriss was super helpful and accommodating. All of the staff on shift the night of 5/18 were on point! I haven’t experienced such kindness especially coming in close to closing in my entire life.

I like the noodles and chicken breast. A couple of egg rolls, apple juice and they will give you a cookie, all around $15. It’s usually very fast, but sometimes they’ve just had a big order and you have to wait for a certain dish to be refilled. I mean, it’s hard for them to predict something like this so I don’t consider this bad service, just my bad luck😁. You can actually see the kitchen and the guys cooking, so I trust this place more than certain fancy looking places where you don’t see what’s going on in the kitchen. Dining area is ok, it could be a little cleaner, and I wouldn’t mind a few sweet options for desert, tbh I never asked 🤔, maybe they have?

Going to give a completely honest review. This was a pretty routine Panda Express visit.. First time at this location. Employee was sprawled out on in one of the booths. Caught me very off guard, the other employees didn’t seem to address it. Not bothered by it, just surprised. Didn’t care for the lychee flavored sparkling water, but you gotta give everything at least one chance. All around was a very worthwhile experience. Someone should probably check on the employee described.

This location was busier than usual but the service was still quick and the food fresh. The dining room was clean. Not much parking available at the location and there is no drive thru but the online orders seemed to go pretty smooth. All employees handling food wore masks properly, except for the manager.. Only downside is dine-in customers receive their order in styrofoam plates and a plastic bag. Seems like unnecessary environmental waste.
