Burger King

Very bad customer service at the drive thur my order was all wrong i had to repeat my order to get all my food the guy at the window was not neat face and hair was not groomed i had to call for the manager to continue my order this happened around 5:50pm this was off of Hawthorne ave in Athens ga just know im not going back there store need to be improved or closed down completely honestly i would not give no stars at all for the simple fact not groomed well unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to customers taking orders and last but not least no receipt .just poor customer experience will not be going back ask for my money back to he act like he didn't want to give it back so i did file a complaint do not go there at all order was a hot mess 😳

I’m not the type to leave a review on a fast food joint cause my standards are already low for Burger King. But that was comically awful. Ordered a meal and then used the app for something else. I was charged a total that was incorrect from the screen. I tried to say something but they didn’t hand me a receipt so they rudely denied. I get home and the sandwich was completely different from my order. Of coarse they don’t answer the phone.

The last 2 times I've gone here the food was mediocre. Apparently this location closes around 9 now. Food was not fresh and it was barely hot when I waited for 15 minutes to get it. I was the ONLY person in line at around 8:15 and I waited 15 minutes to get my food. The girl at the window was nice but apparently she was running the window and cooking. This is the only Burger King near me but I don't think I'll be going back.

This has to be the WORSE place to eat and I'm not only referring to Burger King, out of EVERY place I've ever been to eat out at, this place is the WORSE! The food is horrible, IF they even get your order correct, they are slow, and the staff even acts like you are bothering them if you come there to eat! I do NOT RECOMMEND anyone go here to eat!

Potentially the worst BK in America. Went to the Drive-Thur at 6:45PM, and saw two cars in-line, and five employees sitting in the dining area. After five minutes of waiting, the first vehicle pulled around and told the rest of us, who were waiting in line, that the BK was closed. What kind of 3rd rate fast food establishment closes at 6:45PM on a weekday? The owners of this particular franchise might want to set-up surveillance cameras to monitor the work not being accomplished by their employees.
