Checkers

First, customer service skills are absolutely lacking with this crew. I bought three meal combos, I had to wait 5 minutes to ask for the fries I was missing and still left missing one fry. My drinks were half way empty when handed to me, and the boy at the drive thru was impossible to talk to. I brought up the fries, he didn’t even say anything, brought me one fry and I was too frustrated at that point to even try again. Contacted corporate, maybe they’ll give me what I was missing.

I've been here a couple of times since the reopening. Today I stopped in for a couple burgers. Food was hot and tasty. Order was correct. People there were friendly. This is no more a "crack checkers". Everytime I've stopped in since they reopened it's been good. If you haven't been in since they reopened, give them a shot.

Well... their online presence claims they are open until 5am Saturday night (Sunday morning) but when I stopped by at 11:10 pm I was told they were only servicing online orders. Seems like an odd decision to me as Taco Bell, McDonald's, and Cookout are all within a third of a mile and gladly accept new business through the drive through... maybe the owners/managers don't realize why their sales are falling. Maybe they don't care. I went elsewhere for a late night meal.

I got off of work at about 9 o'clock in order fast food so that I wouldn't have to cook I paid my hard earned money to get a fully loaded fry and this is what they gave me. I immediately called backup there and told them that they could have at least given me a full Box of fries and not made it look It's like they didn't even try so I told them I was bringing them back so that they can see it the only thing I got back was some of my money. If they kept the fries and they apologize for I respect that but they don't take in consideration that I had to get backup out of my bed and put myClothes on and waste my gas to come backup there because somebody does not take pride in their work. The cook should be fired!

Slow Service, Rude Employee took the order, didn’t say thank you or give my total just said “pull forward” with an attitude, employee had pants sagging, didn’t give me my 4 cents change nor my honey mustard sauce for my chicken tenders. I won’t be back to this location unless it’s under new management! (The food didn't taste bad, though, once I got home and warmed it up in the microwave.)

7-4-22 I orderedA five piece chicken tender meal to go When I got home grease was dripping off the bottom of the bag . There were 4 tenders and the fry container was 1/2 full ,no dipping sauce and no napkins . For$12.18 and there was 1 car in drive thru so its not like the excuse ( we were slammed busy ) can be used. Just employee's that dont care. Smh

After sitting in the drive through for about 45 minutes today. TRAPPED I add because you can’t get out once you make that little turn, so be sure you really want to eat there when you pull in. It seemed like they were only making one order at a time with both drive through lines open so it was a messy situation. With that being said the food was perfect! It was hot and fresh like it should’ve been and the employees were nice and polite so I have mixed feelings about this review because the food was good but almost an HOUR to get food is a little crazy
