UPDATE: visited this location last week. Only two cars in the parking lot. Both were customers. The open sign was on, all of the lights were on, and the door was unlocked. I walk inside and stand at the counter. After waiting a couple of minutes, I began to look around the kitchen to realize that there were NO employees in the store. Not a single one. I waiting a couple of more minutes and still nothing. Both of the vehicles outside had left. I was sitting in my car letting trying to call their corporate to let them know that they had an unattended store - left open to be robbed or whatever else anyone felt like doing. While I was on the phone, two female employees drove up in an older silver Toyota RAV4. They park in the CUSTOMER curbside pickup RIGHT AT the front door, and take their time making their way inside and back behind the counter, where they return to work. They left the store unattended. All systems on and running - doors unlocked and all. These utterly pathetic employees made a joke of this fast-food restaurant. After 3 bad experiences in a row, I won’t be back. Just sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. Only one car has moved from the speaker.

Went here twice, the first time i got stale old bread on my whopper and everything was so dry. the nuggets were undercooked and tasted mushy and terrible. the second time, they told me they couldnt serve me water and my whopper that was supposed to have extra onions was rediculously overloaded with pickles. On top of that, the bread was stale again and hard like it had been sitting there for hours and the meat was as dry as a desert. i would give negative stars if possible. always empty and now i know why. terrible employees!! avoid this place like the plague!!!

Today my experience with ASHLEY I go thru drive thru I pull up at the window after waiting 3-5min before I was greeted at speaker, May I take your order” once I said hi I would like… she’s says hold on with a attitude. So I wait…then I order… pulled around to the window. Then with an attitude after I pay pull forward, I said ok so I won’t run your time? She says with her (face frowned up and hand motion) “umm yea because I have to go make your food I'm the only one here” So I pull forward then decide she doesn’t deserve my service this morning so I ask for a refund then she states they don’t give receipts in “drive thru” (since when) I said since when she said since I’ve been here for the last two months (so their lobby and drive thru printers been down) smh

AVOID THIS BURGER KING No one here knows how to cook, take orders, keep things sanitary, they can't even serve fresh food. If you get a burger from here, god help you. Your stomach needs to be really strong to put up with the undercooked, stale, cold, nasty meat this rats nest calls food. If that wasnt enough, the staff is utterly incompetent and rude. Way to go mgmt setting a great example of barely meeting the bar of a luke warm meal.

Picked up delivery for customer Waited in drive thru for more than 10 minutes before getting to the window. (2 cars in front of me who drove off) Get to window and person working walked away and went to the restroom!! Waited a total of 20 minutes for a whopper meal that was sitting on the shelf!! Store was also dirty and very unkempt as there was trash overflowing onto floor in kitchen area and containers on counter!! Go to a different location because this one needs to be shut down until these issues are resolved!! 00000 Stars...had to put one to review
