Pizza Hut

Expensive and not worth the price. The quality has been declining. Tonight we got the driest pizzas ever. We also got stuffed crust and the cheese was cooked out of the pizza and laying on top... I called and the worker argued that they specifically remember putting sauce in the pizza. I have been a loyal customer and know when their pizza doesn’t look and taste like it should. There are plenty of good pizza places in Atascadero to avoid this one.

I was there about 4:00 in the afternoon. Got the pizza fast and it was very good. The workers were very nice and accommodating. However, the bathroom was quite a mess. I'm hoping it was because they had a crowd earlier and couldn't get to it. I look at places for cleanliness and maybe it's just me, but it's important to keep all areas clean. But, all in all, the pizza and the crew were great. Peggy

This place is awesome! My husband is a truck driver and he ran out of time on his clock and had to shut it down at his last delivery and had nowhere to eat. I called the store and asked if they could deliver to him at the Home Depot and he could meet them and they were totally on board. My husband said the pizza was delicious and it saved him from a long hungry night. I will always appreciate their accommodations and we will definitely contact them again if he gets stuck on another delivery up there.

Just went there and got the $5 mix n' match deal and they finished it pretty quickly. They handed it to me directly once it was done and then I left to try the pizza. I ate the p'zone that I bought and I have to say it was better than usual at this store! Overall this pizza hut ia great and they had great employees (even when I showed up right when they opened)!

When the pizzas are made correctly they are great, but it should not take having to call and complain every single time we order carryout that our order is wrong. We get the wrong toppings, missing toppings and have even gotten other people's pizza orders mixed in with ours. There are food allergies in our household and we always give detailed info on every order to avoid those foods and have received our order covered in those foods and when we call to get the issue resolved or refunded we have gotten nothing but rude disrespectful service and was even told this most recent time we would only be refunded if we didn't do this again... Do what again call and ask for a refund because you guys screwed up.? We didn't realize it was expecting too much to think we should get the pizzas that we ordered and paid for, but apparently that is too much to expect from the employees at this location. If this had happened once or twice it would have been over looked, but our kids prefer the pizza here over other local pizza places so when you order here once or twice a month and they get it wrong every time, it makes you think it's time to leave an honest detailed review. Seriously disappointed...

Ordered online drove to pick it up. They were out of the stuff to make the crust me wanted the call dropped were only a few mins away and couldnt get the guy back on the phone. Once we went inside we where planning on just talking to him about it and waiting the extra time for the pizza.. we were told the oder was cancelled because we didnt answer.. it was literally 5 mins and we did answer and talked for a sec then it was dropped. He just stone faced us with i cancelled it and just kept repeating it. The worst service... never ordering at Pizzahut again.
