I pulled up and the young man asked me what I wanted. He was having a rough time hearing me so we repeated ourselves several times. No problem. I apologized a few times and the order was done. Right before the transaction was completed, l hear over the speaker a man stating (loudly) that I should move closer to the window. His tone was LOUD and HATEFUL.!! When I drove around to the window, this heavy set Caucasian man (manager) was standing next to the polite man, that didn't have a problem with taking my order. Once I questioned him on his behavior, he disappeared to the back and never, returned while I was waiting on my order and change. SHAME SHAME on his DISRESPECTFUL self. I'm 73yrs old been going there every since the day it opened ooooodles of years ago. I truly hope this isn't the type of person Wendy's purposely are looking to hire. I wish I didnt even have to give it one star.
When we got to the restaurant we were the only ones in line. We were the only ones for a while. We paid. Got our frosties. We waited over 15 minutes in the drive through. We were told to pull up and wait. We sat there for another 10 minutes until they brought us out half of our order. We went back inside. They took our bag of food from us, removed a burger and a fry we paid for AND WANTED and gave us another bag with yet again, part of our order. They were rude. Couldn't care less about customers. Won't give you what you ACTUALLY paid for. Don't waste your time or money here. Horrible. Absolutely horrible.

Every time I come here something is either broken or out of stock. You'll typically wait so long in the drive thru you'll consider applying for a job so you can make your time worth the while. The quality of the food certainly won't do that for you.
Seems to be high demand for an actual clean, functioning Wendy's in Ashtabula.

Food was good, but they must have been understaffed. Waited almost 30min in drive thru. Too hot for that. Employees sound like today might be their last day. Rude.

The Breakfast menuprices are wrong on board. Way off by almost 80cents. Menu price was 6.49. teller price came to 7.33. they would not give me advertising price. Then the food was just barely warm. Bad experience. Do not recommend.

Ashtabula location does not know how to do there job. Stood on line for a hour for them to tell us they are closing because there is "no food" HOW IS THERE NO FOOD. They need to learn how to do there job. No excuse for this. Management and everybody there needs replaced asap

I would give zero stars if it was possible went there for breakfast the other day no clothes signed on the window or anything and the purse and said they were closed due to staffing then why would you pay somebody to sit at a window to tell you they’re closed due to staffing and any other time I’m there too they either get the order wrong or the foods called and they’re always rude needs to be shut down
