They need workers who care about their job!! This is the last time I will go to this particular one!! They ALWAYS mess your order up, food taste awful like it's old or something..

Absolutely horrible customer service. Workers were rude as can be. They advertised 10 pieces of chicken for $5 when we got home to eat it the "pieces* of chicken were nothing but a bunch of small wings. They must have ran out of beef because the tacos had so little beef that I had to take the beef off the 2 other tacos in order to make one full serving of beef on one taco. The other 2 shells just went in the garbage. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL MY FAMILY AND I EAT AT THIS PLACE!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

Service is slow. Recipe has changed over the years, my opinion. Stop in if you want. Better options aren't that far though.

Food is usually fine, employees are almost always friendly, but good Lord that drive thru takes foreverrrr. 40 minutes from start to finish. 40 whole minutes!! I’ll go back, just not when I’m in a hurry!

I found the customer service to be outstanding. Perhaps some of the other reviews are from hangry customers 🤷♂️😄
