Waffle Barn

Found the Waffle Barn, as the other first 2 options had a waiting time of 45min to an hour... Not many customers in, so that was nice, didn’t feel overcrowded like the other places did. The waitress was really nice. There are a lot of food options on the menu... I had the salmon Benedict ... the sauce was ok, I’ve had much better. The others ordered BLT, grilled cheese, biscuit and gravy, and waffle with eggs and bacon... Everything came out looking nice, but we all thought that the quality of the ingredients was mediocre... could have tasted much better for what it looked.

Great service and good food at a reasonable price. The portions are substantial so you definitely get your money's worth. The only reason for no 5 star is the big scoop of butter in the middle of the waffle, would be better to ask or put it on the side. Personal preference but it was surprising. I'd go back and recommend going here!

This was a great little diner. We had to get going by 7 am, and it was the only place around that opened at 6, which was very convenient! They were prompt and friendly and served a LOT of food. Plus, I always appreciate a restaurant that can lean into their theme and there were lots of little rooster and farm ornaments around. That was cute.

Yum! We'r arrived for breakfast, were seated promptly to a freshly cleaned table and comfy booth seats. Coffee and waters were refilled before empty without prompting. The food arrived in a jiffy, was still hot, and tasted great. I recommend getting the hashbrowns. Bacon was thick and well cooked... double goodness! The bonus was hearing one of the staff members singing...not loud, but barely noticeable. It seemed as though they were happy to be there and to serve. A real treat!
