We couldn’t find even one clean table there. When I ask for some tissues so I can clean a table for my kids, the staff said they don’t have any. Unbelievable!

I ordered online and picked it up from drive-through, then realised the staff forgot to give me my drinks when I got home. I understand people sometimes make mistakes, but the awful thing is the person at the phone didn’t say sorry at all, just you can come to pick it up now (at a peak traffic time) or they can do refund, then hung up quickly. How rude is that, please teach your staff how to provide customer service politely.

Just had an order of a stacker zinger burger and 10 wicked wings. Order no 749.
As per picture you can notice that the flour used to marinate and cook the wings is the one used for original recipe chicken. Even the zinger fillet was marinated using the same style flour.
I walked 40 min to and back to have this rubbish. Do not feel like walking 20 min again to return this dump. There goes my dinner in the bin; now will have to kill my hunger with coffee and cookies.
Extremely annoyed with the service. I would request a refund from KFC management Ashfield.

This would have to be the dirtiest place to eat. The floors had spilt drinks and not one staff member attended the issue let alone leave some sort of sign to warn customers, I could only imagine what would happen if someone did and broke an arm - massive payout.
All tables were either uncleaned and had chicken on them or a very lazy staff who didn't know how to rinse there rag before cleaning down tables.
Zero stars, I also have reported this to head office.

Employees work without sanitary gloves. Also, the unfriendly store is dirty and looks like there is no manager. I hope KFC headquarters will monitor this store.
Strictly observe hygiene for the life and safety of customers.
The reason for the poor rating is obvious.

Terrible experience. When we arrived no one came to greet us despite being the only customers in the store and limited customers at drive through. Continued talking and screaming loudly out the back and swearing profusely. I had to call out 'excuse me' after being in there 15 minutes to ask where my food was only to be told "they would make it now" with my order being the only one on the screen. 10/10 would not reccomend stopping in. Worst experience I have ever had at KFC.

Ordered delivery. Only some of the meals sent. Called and they said we could get a instore credit. We have no vehicle and only visiting Sydney for a couple of days. They said a manager will call to sort it.......never received that call. What a rip off!! Be warned if not going in where you can actually check your order is there. Well played KFC... take the money but don't give the goods 🤔😠 Would have given no stars but don't have that option.

The horrible zinger boxes and cold fries. One of the worst kfc I have ever had. Forgot to put my supercharge sauce. Wicked wings were like garbage. I really won’t give any star to this place. 👎👎
