I love that there is a Zaxby’s near me. But just a suggestion, work out a better drive-thu system. The current strategy does not work and it is far too slow of a service time.

Clean and Great service. Nice staff! Can't believe they stopped selling mushrooms for the pickles. The pickles were horrible. Never by those again.

I don't know why, but this Zaxby's only had 2 stars on Yelp? It definitely is better than a 2 star! The chicken came out absolutely perfect, along with the perfectly seasoned fries! Definitely some of the best Zaxby's I have had in a long time!

Kindly the drive-thru clerk asked, "can you please wait we are understaffed and I'll be with you shortly"?
This was very nice that the clerk was reassuring customers that they "the customers" are important enough to them and that such a high level of service should be offered.
She returned and took my order. At the window I asked for a senior discount. She said not only will I give you a discount for seniors but because you had to wait for service due to under staffing.
I thanked her very much that she was so customer oriented.
Not only did she save me money, her service outstanding. My meal was very 👍 good as well.

Could have seasoned these fry’s a lil more

This Zaxby's was clean, staff was friendly and did not get upset because I asked many questions about the salads. The salad was fresh and tasted better than the ones in Sylva. No one was wearing a mask. On front line. The restrooms clean and didn't stink like dirty mop water.

I love wings! I was so happy when we got a Zaxbys closer to home. I order frequently. The restaurant is clean, and has a fine staff. My reason for 4 stars is an issue with sauce. I got some seriously dry wings once so I finally said something. They were great and re made my order with lots of sauce. I ordered a few extra separately and they were relatively dry. If you ask for extra sauce, they give you little packets of a slightly different sauce. So, no bad vibes, just more sauce!!!
