Applebee's

Had a couple beers and some burgers with a friend. Took a minute to get service, maybe bc we were sitting behind the beer taps. I walked out to smoke with my best gal and the middle aged men came sworming like bees. They wanted her nectar awful bad... She is a beautiful woman,but damn she has a wedding ring.

We stopped here after having a terrible morning for lunch. Jo Jo was WONDERFUL! She listened to what we wanted. Made sure our drinks were never empty. Constantly made sure we were okay and it has been quite some time since I have had a nice time out like I did at apple bees today with Jo Jo! I recommend this restaurant, and I 100% recommend Jo Jo!

We moved to Asheville three years ago and found how amazing the food scene is and how lacking the service scene is. We will go out for dinner and love the food but the service is almost always meh. Not here! We came in last night for some drinks and found out there was a running special for endless boneless wings. Faith was our waitress and she gave hands down the best service I’ve had in years. Never an empty cup, never a wait for a refill on wings, never a dull moment! I eat a lot of ranch and when I asked her for a few extras she brought me a full bowl of it! The best part was the conversations. We were there near closing time and she was cleaning some of her section around us and we had beautiful conversations with her for a good portion of our meal! She made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Best apple bees experience I’ve ever had! Thank you Faith for making our night!

Our server Patricia was great! She was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we were aware of all of our options. Quick service with a smile. And when we complemented her to her manager, Will, he was the most hospitable and friendly person you can imagine. Service, food, and atmosphere made this a great experience.

My family and I just enjoyed a very wonderful pleasurable meal at Applebees on Smokey park highway! To start, the hostess was prompt and courteous, and we were then seated by the on duty manager( I will retrieve his name in a moment). We were then greeted by the most amazing young lady, our waitress, whose name is Willow. She not only gave us ample time to order, she was also very knowledgeable regarding the menu items, and made some wonderful suggestions! She was very personable and pleasant, as we had just left a similar establishment due to the inefficiency and lack of friendliness of their staff. We are so happy we left and came to Applebees. Our food was wonderful, staff was excellent, and the environment was clean and fresh. We are so happy you remain in our end of the county!! I believe the manager (who was so pleasant and professional) was named Thomas! I will confirm with my sister, as the both of us could not sing the praises loud enough of this family restaurant!

My party and I came in Friday afternoon 8/11 for the wing special. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Our server Andy was so extremely professional and pleasant and attentive. We lacked for nothing. I don’t usually take the time to leave these kinds of comments but I feel it warranted and would hope someone would have done it for me. I will definitely ask for Andy on future visits. Also the manager on duty, Mandy was extremely courteous also. Congratulations on the food and staff

My boyfriend and I came for lunch, and we were not disappointed. We were seated quickly and our server, Betty, was very attentive and checked in on us frequently. We got the 2 for $23 and had the spinach and artichoke dip for our appetizer. The dip came out quickly and was topped with parmesan cheese. There were plenty of chips and plenty of dip. Our food came out shortly after, we hadn’t finished our appetizer when it came out which was awesome. I got the classic cheeseburger with fries, and it was juicy and flavorful. This was an awesome and refreshing experience because we have been used to long waits at chain restaurants.
