This place is hands down the best Cuban restaurant I have been too in a while. The atmosphere is classy, food is great and also the service is perfect. The waiter we had was great as well. His name was Caesar. He was very prompt and helpful! Overall, my family and I had a great experience.

The spread was amazing the service was impeccable only complaint would be the Sun but they offered sunglasses so that was even better service! 10/10 recommend. Perfect for parties!!! The seating is a bit tight so it’s perfect for intimate gatherings for groups of 8 max. You can fit more but comfortably to eat and socialize it would ideally be 8!

My wife and I went here for our anniversary and Cesar made sure it was perfect! I hade the Pollo a La Plancha, but whatever you order for dinner, be sure to follow it up with the flan!

I love Hemingways! As a Cuban this food is GOOD! The atmosphere is glorious and the views are spectacular! If I am ever in Asheville I always go here! There’s almost never a wait if you’re cool with sitting outside or inside, both are stunning, just make sure not to miss the view!

Everyone was super nice! The view was amazing and the food was delicious. The servers were very attentive and honestly my experience was great. The hosts Candy and Leeza were so welcoming and sweet. Would DEFINITELY come here again!

We absolutely love the food and atmosphere.. we come to Hemingway’s Cuba each time we are in Asheville. I highly recommend this restaurant but be sure to making a reservation.

Service and rooftop were amazing. The arroz con Pollo was lacking a bit of flavor/spice. Wasn't bad just did not have the wow factor. Worth a visit for the views and hospitality alone!

Service was slow. The food was good but our order was wrong. We didn't address it. we just tried to enjoy the evening. We sat at two different tables, and both were very wobbly to the point of our drinks spilling. We were told that if we sat along the balcony wall, we could not order entrees, just appetizers. That seems like a loss of revenue. Oh well
