Another Broken Egg Cafe

Good atmosphere and good service. We didn't wait too long for a table on a late Sunday morning. The biscuit beignets are delicious. I would order again. The coffee is bitter (even the medium roast) and needs a lot of cream and sugar. The potatoes left a little to be desired. "Fresh country potatoes" are not re-heated/deep fried frozen potato chunks. I was imagining better. The description is off. The biscuits were decent but a little sweet. I will say I'm southern to my core so I have very high standards for biscuits and gravy. Good enough to order again despite being a little different. My omelette was decent. I wasn't a fan of the Floridian (which had crab) but I won't fault the restaurant for me not liking the combo of crab, egg, and cheese. Plenty of food for the price, GREAT veggie options (which I wish I had gone with), and a nice, clean restaurant.

I called before I placed the order on Uber eats. I’m on a strict diet due to me having another radiation treatment next week. I was able to speak with Jordan that was very pleasant and patient with me. I asked her a few questions regarding two items on their menu. She placed me on hold to gather the information needed. She was able to answer my questions. Before we hung up she wished me well on my radiation treatment. When I received my food, she placed a very sweet note in my bag. This really brought me to tears. I’ve been in the medical field for 23 years and I’m use to being strong in that setting as well as with my family. Her note really touched my heart. Thank you Another Broken Egg! Jordan is a jewel. ❤️

I was so happy with my experience at Another Broken Egg Cafe! Our server Justin was very attentive and his recommendations were right on. The biscuits and gravy were delicious as was the potatoes, the waffles and everything he recommended. His good vibes were contagious and got our day in Asheville off to a great start. I highly recommend you ask for him.

Stop by Another Broken egg the other day to have breakfast and I must say… I was impressed. The food, the atmosphere all amazing…but what impressed me the most was the service I was given. I sat at the bar and I was greeted immediately. The Bartender Sarah was attentive and sweet and made sure to go the extra mile through the rush to make sure I was taken care of. I work in the service industry, so I know a little bit about what it takes to succeed in that role. Let me tell ya! She did a killer job. Thank you Sarah. I’ll be back.

I originally walked in to just get a drink , cool off and plug in my cell while I waited for my rental car to be ready, but I quickly changed my mind. I stumbled into the most charming and absolutely wonderful cafe in the Asheville area. The people working were happy to be there and even happier to help me. I wound up getting 2 dishes: Mardi Gras Omelette Shrimp and Grits I adore this place. All walks of life where there, which is the way it should be. Please if you're in the Asheville area and want a truly nice place to eat, try them. It was so refreshing to see what an asset this place is to the community. Thank you Jenny for serving me.

On the weekends this place is always busy and it’s because the menu options are incredible and the food is delicious! If you love seafood for breakfast then eat here! Traditional breakfast too! Drink options are nice as well. The host/hostess was polite and we waited 15min before we sat down. (I would suggest to check in online before you get there) Jenna I believe was our server and she was great! Always checked on us and had a smile. Even when they delivered our food, a gentleman in a red shirt asked how everything looked and if we needed anything else. We has polite and didn’t give off a rush energy. Overall great service! I will be back!
